Voluntary Best Practices for UAS Privacy, Transparency, and Accountability
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has published best practices to address privacy, transparency and accountability issues related to the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The development of this best practices document was an effort between the private sector and the NTIA to develop practical standards.
Theses voluntary best practices are common sense, and serve as good reminders for all commercial and recreational pilots to be responsible:
